Guild friends –
I am pleased to inform you that the IRS has approved our application for 501(c)3 status - we are now officially a non-profit organization!
This is a significant governance structure change for our guild, and opens the door to a plethora of potential funding sources such as grants and donations that were not previously available to us.
I salute the volunteers who supported this effort and commend their hard work to bring us to this long desired goal.I welcome your comments, input or feedback.
